How do I access my members account?
Just login to your VIP account and get access to your points balance and rewards.
How do I earn more points?
To earn points, you can do the following:
Create a new account: 200 points
Make a purchase: 5 points for every £1 spent at dipsoda.com
Add your birthday: 200 points
Refer a friend: 1,000 points
Follow us on Instagram: 50 points
Like us on Facebook: 50 points
What can I redeem with my VIP points?
You can redeem points for discounts:
500 points = £5 off
1,000 points = £10 off
2,000 points = £20 off
3,000 points = £30 off
The more points you collect, the more perks and discounts you get.
How do I check my VIP points balance?
You can login to your account to check your points balance.
How do I access my cash discounts?
You'll be able to view your discounts in your VIP account. When you checkout, you will need to add the discount code. Your discount code will be applied when your shopping bag reaches £30 (£5 off discount) and £50 (£10, £20 and £30 off discounts).
Can I use more than one cash discount in one transaction?
No, you can only use one discount code per transaction. If you have multiple discount codes in your account, choose which one you want to use.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, select 'Forgot my password' and follow the instructions to reset it.
Why have points been deducted from my VIP account?
If you see that some of your points have been deducted, it may be because you returned an order that earned you the points or the points expired after 12 months.
